Comments: I wanted to give my sincere thanks to Jerry in parts for his outstanding help to me for my damaged seat in my 2200 Regal. He called Regal corporate for the exact material I needed to repair a slit I have in my rear seat. Regal corporate has passed on a yard of the material free of charge for my repair. That is customer due care and loyalty to the customer.

Comments: Back in the summer, we had planned to take our kids, along with some of their friends, out for a day of boating. When I arrived at my boat, I found out my starter switch was broken. I just happened to see Tim (Knapp), one of the service techs, and asked him if he knew of anybody that was available to look at my boat. Shortly after that, he came back from the service department with a starter switch and fixed my problem. He saved the day for my family and their friends. Now, that's Customer Service!!!
